Composition: 12 karat gold filled wire, pure copper
wire, red copper wire, stainless steel scalpel blades, stainless
steel nuts, brass nuts with 23 karat gold leaf
Collection site: Tombstone, Arizona
Comments: There's something to be said for that all-over
bright 12 karat gold. Those scalpel claws feel so appropriate.
I felt them in a different way, too -- I got one of my fingers
caught in there as I was working on this.
